paying from my paypal wallet

Hi,

I have 25 GBP which was refunded in my paypal account

i need to use it in my paymrnt now

but, when i go to change the method of prefered payment to be my paypal balance i got the following message:

This can’t be used as your preferred way to pay online. Choose a different payment method.

Any body can solve???

Some countries can't use funds in balance as a funding source.

If its not that then are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending?

Are they in the currency the recipient accepts?

Have you made that currency the primary one for that transaction?
