Western Union can not (persons only) ...my romanian bank account can not pay (too many figures) ...and my romanian debit card is not accepted (but currently works well in pay pal)... i can only do SWIFT (too expensive for smaller amounts).
Pay pal help would be nice... any thoughts?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
