hi all
need some advice i have sold 2 items on ebay and both have recieved and left good feeback
however the payment is on hold by paypal despite confirming when delivered it would be paid into account within 1 day of delivery which has not been done i have tried to contact paypal over this and end up going in circles with there stupid bot and very little offerings on providing a number or email adddress so gave up
as paypal has not processed the payment the goods still remain my property
can i request the customers to pay using a different payment processor and return there unpaid paypal payment
or request they return the goods and sell to another new customer
i also couldnt find a board for paypal failings so selected this one hope its ok
