I recently started using paypal to sell on depop and after receiving the first payment it said -9.00 for depop limited. On summary it said 9.00 negative payment and its saying to add money to my account. Im trying to add money from my bank to my paypal account but im not sure how. I dont see an option for that?
Did you ever end up solving this? I also got charged by depop limited for some reason and I have no idea why.. I haven't even received my money from my buyer yet...
I sent out the package and put in the tracking number on the depop label and it said I would receive my payment 1 day after delivery and it arrived 4/13 but my payment still says pending and my balance account still says negative 9. I’m not sure what to do I tried to add money to solve the negative balance problem but I’m not sure how.
Yes, the exact thing is happening to me, people are saying to ship the package and the money should appear in my account, but im anxious about shipping ot the item without a sure confirmation that i will receive the money,, ahh i have no idea what to do, its just on hold in my account!
I just received the payment in my account minus the $9 depop limited. So I would suggest sending your item and adding the tracking number and you’ll receive it a few days after it arrives
