Sold on ebay on 23 April 2 lots. Both been delivered. But money in PayPal still on hold what can I do to get my money l please

Ask the sender to go to activity, then to the payment on hold and click on view details, If they scroll down all they have to click is on a “confirm” button and the money will instantly be released.
