money not showing in my account

I have 2 people who sent me payments they sent me a screenshot showing it was sent but it is not in my account.  Anyone else have this problem and if so any idea when the money will be credited to account?

Thank you for raising this to our attention. You may want to check with the buyer how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly ask them to follow the below steps:

Here's how to confirm you've received an item:

Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find and click the original payment for the item.
Click Confirm receipt.
Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.

Hi! Thank you for using Paypal. Usually if the payment has been sent already to your account you should be notified through your email or it should be showing on your paypal account. Your email and bank must be confirmed as well.
