Same probvlem using MAC and Firefox (latest versions both) Havent been able to find any info or advice from either Paypal or Ebay. However, clearing cookies for both sites via browser settings, solved the issue for me. It does mean yoiu will have to you log on again to any sites you delete data and cookies from .. but that's all.
