i didnt received my money

i need help because my employer sent me screenshot that he already sent me the money, however, my salary is not yet reflected on paypal. my manager told me to coordinate with the customer service but every time i try to call their hotline, it says call back during 6am PT even if I did call during their available office hours. need help what to do? is it because its holiday or maybe there's something wrong with paypal? tyia

Please make sure the email address that the payment was sent to is confirmed and correctly entered on your PayPal account. Did you receive an email asking you to accept the payment, as this might be the case if the funds were sent in a different currency? If the funds still do not turn up. Please contact our support team with the Transaction ID your employer has provided you with, so a trace can be initiated.
