I received money from another person and it shows up as a credit from 6/4. My account balance is still 0 though and I can't figure out how to use it. When I go to the transaction the only option is to refund it. how in the heck do i use the money?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
