how to block a seller from taking future payments. I bought some Lightroom actions but I think the co is taking more than the sale price. I do not want it to carry on

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
