no one help me since november 2020 .. im not alone i have mypaypal, my brother paypal, my brother-in-law paypal. all have same issue with different (bank-company). also other then my family 3 people in commumity have same problem( you can see in below link)

1. facing issue since november 2020...
2. clear cache+change device+change ISP) still not working
3. i contacted paypal.. they told me to talk with my bank.
4. i want to bank..they told from their side all is ok.( no card limit, no card problem, my account dont nothave any type of limit, problem)
5. now i again have to come to paypal.
