Hi Guys,
This may sound stupid but am relatively new and just got stuck in it. Had to refund an order. The balance was already transferred from Paypal to bank account.
1st thing i did was : Tried to get balance from Bank to Paypal. Submitted request and paypal says could take about 7 days. Which was too much as buyer wanted refund instantly.
2nd: Thought may be its better to just refund buyer within paypal ( not knowing delay issues of echeque) . Did that and now an echeque refund has been issued which will also take 5-7 days.
Now what to do? a- i want to cancel that funds transfer request. How to do that?
b- Can i cancel echeque refund and then issue an instant refund? I have funds now available in Paypal from another order. So can i use those to refund instantly? But how to cancel that echeque refund? And if i cancel it , will it still go through?
Funds transfer request made yesterday. Echeque refund issued today.
Please advise.
