A payment I made to a merchant cleared my bank 2 days ago, and according to PayPal it should have completed on 4/21, which is yesterday. It is still showing as pending on my account. How can I tell when it will be final so that the merchant can be paid?

Just because the funds have left your bank, it doesn't mean it has cleared yet. PayPal will notify the recipient when payment has been cleared into their PayPal account. The arrival date is estimated.

Please let us know your updates because mine is still pending after the expected cleared date and two days ago I  received an email stating that it was cleared but on my PayPal account it is still pending.
