Never seen this happen before.
Sold a number of things on eBay during the past week and weekend. In "My eBay" they all show as "paid," so I shipped the items to buyers... which is what I've been doing for years and years.
Logged into PayPal and a couple of the sales/transactions are flat out missing. The shipping fees I was charged for buying shipping labels for those transactions are showing. Other eBay transactions from the same day are here.
So I go back to eBay, to use the "show PayPal transaction" link to find the lost transactions. NOTE: That link does not exist in an eBay sales record UNLESS there has been a PayPal payment. When I click on the link, I get a "we cannot find that transaction" message. This makes no sense, AT ALL. I thought for a moment that maybe there was a wrong PayPal email used... but the address used to send PayPal payments via eBay is a GLOBAL setting. You can't have different email addresses for the same eBay account.
I'm a bit lost here... PLUS I'm missing about $60.
Any hints, clues or suggestions?
