I’m new to selling on eBay and have had problems with customers checking out they keep getting a message that says To comply with government regulations, this transaction has been declined. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Sincerely, PayPal " eBay is saying this is an issue on PayPal but they have nobody live on the line to speak to to fix this due to covid-19. Anytime I email them they aren’t sure how to fix this.
