I see 8 other people have this problem and no solution is posted. PayPal have no phone numbers available??? What type of customer support is this?

It doesn’t look like there is any real customer support or service for PayPal
i am really disappointed in that I tried for 3 hours to speak to a ‘live’ person and was unable to do so, this is a company with a lot of money - why won’t they invest in more staff to keep customers happy and supported? Are they too mean?
