when i try to buy something from online store i am gettings this error and white screen

The "code" shown in the URL can be decoded to give some meaning to the error reason. It's base64 encoded, so you would need to use a base64 decoder to decode the "code".

Google for "base64 decoder" and enter the code "UEFZTUVOVF9ERU5JRUQ".

I've already decoded it and decoded it reads "PAYMENT_DENIED". Check the funding source being used to fund the payment has sufficient funds and if necessary, contact our customer service team for further support with production environment transactions.
