can't send the payment

Hi everyone, 

I'm trying to send money from my paypal account to my husbands. 

My account is linked to Lithuania, he's to US. 

After choosing the country for the recipient, amount and indicating recipients email I table pops up stating "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions." 

Has anyone ever had this issue? If so, could you explain what kind of instructions they are talking cause I certainly don't understand.

I would appreciate help.

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. Normally when that kind of error is received, it's because you are unable to send a friends and family transaction due to country-specific account restrictions. I'd recommend trying to send it a Goods and Services payment, that should do the trick.
