can't get money from other person

hello, i sold some stuffs to the person, he said that he sent the money , i cant get them in 4 hours, how long can it takes , or did he lies?

If you receive no funds in your PayPal account and did not receive PayPal payment confirmation email then, you have not been paid. Ask the person if they send money to correct email address.
