I've been sent a payment request to complete a purchase for a product ,when i proceed into paying i get the 'Your payment method isn’t working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?' so far i have tried with 3 different bank accounts  and a different paypal account (used a friends account with his card/bank ) but all the attempts gave the same error message  ! Is there a way to resolve this issue ?
