Hi. I changed my email address on paypal and forgot to do it on ebay and someones paid for an item. Does anyone know how I can access the money? Thanks.
Great question - you can add the old email to your account and confirm it and the payment should arrive in the balance shortly thereafter. If you're unable to add the email, it may be best to request your buyers cancel their payments and to relist your items with the correct email address. I hope this helps!
