Wrong Email Address

I gave a client an incorrect email and it went through on her end, but I i didn't get it and how can I retrieve the payment

uhm you can try to cancel that transactions if the email address is not yet associated to paypal

you may try to go to activity search for that transactions and click cancel 🙂 

If not you really need to contact them.

You can't cancel a completed payment and the OP said it had 'gone through on the senders end'.

Can you confirm its marked as 'completed' on the senders end?

If so then how did they FUND that paypal payment ie which funding source.

Also how did they SEND the payment ie friends / family OR goods / services.
