Why my account is on risk now i don't get it. I have to make a payment to usa urgently but i can't. Is this risk suddenly dropped on my account and how to fix it. Can anyone help me ita urgent. Any paypal community member
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
