On the 11th Oct 2020 I paid via Paypal 99 euros for a service. It is ok iin my PayPal account, but on my bank account the payment has been taken two times (99 euros x 2) and my bank says the payment is still on hold.
Do You experience about this kind of situation that PayPal payment is taken two times from my bank account? And still in hold?
