Why i can't withdrawing money?

Paypal said Right now, we're not able to complete this transaction.

Looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a minute or two.

But until now already more than 6 hours i tried still can't withdraw my money.

I've sent email to Paypal customer service but not yet got reply from them.

Anyone can help me? Thanks
