Hello, I verified my credit card and I am in a country eligible for receiving funds but I still can't receive funds from freelancer.com or remotasks .. why it's not working?
Yes, my card is verified as I mentioned. I am not even receiving a pending or declined or whatever by paypal ... just not receiving the money or getting declined by the other website. Freelancer emailed me that it's a paypal issue and I should contact paypal support but I dont know how.
