Why am I receiving this email?

  1. Every time I make a purchase on one website (only), I receive an email that says my "Billing agreement with Zazzle has changed."

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

The amount may change each time you purchase something for another price. It may not be a regular amount its just a subscription to save you logging in everytime on that site.
