Where's my payment?

A payment was sent to me today. Its showing that its paid at customers end and that its waiting for me to accept payment. I have no notifications to accept it at my end, nothing. What do I do? My email and bank are correct. I have payments come in nearly every day and this has never happened.

Sounds as if its a payment in another currency OR either you or the sender have made a typo with the email address the payment is being sent to?
