What shall I do if I have been scammed on PayPal

Hi I want to tell you that I bought this item of an app and I paud him through paypal. He said pay me through revolut and then il refund you the money from PayPal I asked him for a refund and he said "your loss" I have not recieved the item yet and am very concerned Any suggestions Thanms

If you paid the person through Revolut, there's nothing PayPal can do. You'll have to dispute through Revolut or through your card issuer.

If you paid through PayPal as goods and services payment, then you can file a PayPal dispute:

1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
2. Click "Report a problem”. 
3. Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.
