I recently discovered a charge on my Visa ( not my PayPal card) the charge was from PayPal for 39.00$ I've tried to use the virtual message to ask PayPal, but 7 hours later they still say they will respond within one hour. The charge comes up ...... PayPal molp(then a bunch of numbers) any ideas what this charge is about? I haven't ordered anything as far as I know.
