I have linked+confirmed an email on PayPal. I have linked+confirmed a mobile phone number on PayPal. I have linked+confirmed a credit card on PayPal. I have recieved a payment from OPSkins, so I know I can recieve money. I am now trying to purchase V-Bucks on Fortnite but when I try to add my PayPal, that error message pops up.
"We’re sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time. Please try again later."
Does anyone have any solutions? I've tried this for over a month on and off.
