I’m attempting to send money, but I get the same response each time and it won’t allow me to, the response follows: We’re sorry, we weren’t able to complete your payment right now. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact Customer Service. Any help? My PayPal is fully verified, and I’ve gone through all security checks and troubleshooted via the FAQ page.

From your messages, it sounds like your account has been limited. When an account is limited, this can be due to security reasons or to request additional information. Generally, the relevant team always lists the steps to remove the limitation in the Resolution Centre. If there is no limitation on your PayPal account and you are still unable to make a payment please reach out to us by phone, email, Facebook or Twitter and we would be happy to look into this for you.

I see no limitations in the resolution center. I have clicked on the last transaction that occurred that was refunded to my account and it says no problems. Since I have added 2 additional payment methods thinking something was wrong with the card I was using. Each time I try to send money I get the message 

Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.

 

I checked my cards and there is plenty of available credit. One card shows paypal transaction for $0.00. Another card shows paypal transaction $1.00 and -$1.00 waiting to process. What's the deal?
