I received payment from a client, earlier I was not having a PayPal account. I received the payment through my email address.

When I clicked on the link for the first time it showed me the money and proceed with signup using the same email address, I verified email, phone number, and my address. But money is not showing in my PayPal account after completing the signup, and when I again click on the claim money link from email I'm getting below error.
