Virgin Money Giving Payment not not appearing on account

Hi there, On 4th June, I donated to a Virgin Money giving page using PayPal as the payment method. I can see the money has left my bank account but I can’t see it in PayPal and it is not appearing on the Virgin Money giving page. Can anyone help?
