Unable to add a tracking number to verify i've sent my parcel, meaning i can't receive my payment!

Well you would still receive your payment it would just take the full 21 days before its released.
Why can't you add tracking?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
