Verified and Saved Payment method won't show up

I am trying to send money to my daughter and I have verified my preferred payment methods but for some reason, every time I go through the process of sending money, your site always asks me to enter my card information and even after I click on the LINK button, it still won't allow me to proceed with the sending process.

 

I have asked assistance from your customer service team but to my disappointment, they don't seem to know what they are doing.  They only answer you with canned answers that one can find in your FAQ.  You should consider training your customer representative to know your services from inside out.  otherwise, a bot is a better help than them.  I am one very disappointed customer!
