Hello! So I'm new to PayPal and here's the thing.
I'm from the Philippines and our local currency is Philippine Peso. However, I have opened a dollar account with the local bank for use with PayPal. I have also set my primary currency to USD.
Now if I receive a payment through PayPal in USD, does that mean that it will remain in dollars and won't be converted since I have a dollar bank account? Or would it still be converted to my local currency automatically?
Thank you! 🙂

I would also like an answer to this question. I just opened a dollar account, but it seems that PayPal wants to convert it first before I transfer it to my dollar account. That does not seem right.
