I have points available. I have unlinked and linked my Discover card a few times. I am not seeing Item 2 below in Paypal Wallet page. I have tried Paypal chat support and have contacted Discover, but I don't have an answer.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
