That was 23.68EUR
Only 1902RUB was delivered.
I don't have the option to "send money to a friend" in my PayPal
I created a new PayPal account.
It's the same there.
Missing "send money to friend" option
I have no experience sending money via PayPal.
So far, I only paid on Ebay.
It was never a problem.
Please advise how to send money so that everything is delivered.

The friends/family option I don't think is available in your country but check anyway.

If you go to send funds > put in the email address > does it give you the f/f option on the next page?

Secondly sellers pay fees on receipt of payment so if you are sending payment using the goods/services option then the fee is deducted from your payment and the remainder credited to the sellers paypal account balance.

If it is NOT a purchase but a gift payment to a family member or mate then consider xoom?
