A costumer made a purchase from my website( set up thought wix) and paid through PayPal I have yet to receive my payment and the status states that it is unclaimed. I have already shipped her item and its been delivered for at least three days now. She placed her order on the 31st of Dec. and the item was shipped on the 5th of Jan. and still no money had been released to my account.
Unclaimed either means you have not accepted the first payment into your account OR your email address is unverified OR you have an error with the email address that the buyer is paying to ie typo or spelling error.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
