I have set up my account and completed all the task. Now one of my friend was trying to send me some money but when he's visiting my paypal.me and sending the money they are getting an error saying "We can't complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more info to lift the limit."
Now I am not sure what more information I need to provide if I have already given everything.
