Unable to make payment using Bank Account

I am trying to make a purchase using funds from my bank account, however this option seems no longer available and I'm being asked yo pay with my card instead despite sufficient funds available in my bank. Can somebody help please ?

Have you had a failed bank transfer recently?

Have you had an unauthorised dispute recently?

Have you had a negative balance recently?

Is paypal still listed in your online banking direct debit list?

Have never had a disputed transaction , unauthorised payment or negative balance and my bank is stilllisted as my preferred payment but I'm not given a bank option any more when making payments.
