Unable to find transaction in account activity/Dispute needs to be lodged.

Hi all. 

I Previously made a transaction on an online store, made my payment as a guest to the store but still logged into my PayPal account to complete the transaction. All my details populated as normal (name, address ect)

I received a receipt via my PayPal account email after the transaction that. 
Checking the links in the receipt email they all redirect back to this PayPal site - I don't believe it to be spam. 

However when checking my account activity im unable to see the transaction. 
Ive searched for the time period when the order was paid for and also for a larger period (1 year) and am still unable to see the transaction in my account. 

Is there a way to be able to search by transaction ID at all?
Im asking as I've tried to contact the seller but have had no response now for a period of 10 days as I have an issue with the items received.
