Hello,
I'm having a very difficult time trying to make a relatively small purchase. I've tried Chrome & Internet Explorer, but get this every time: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/signin?intent=checkout&ctxId=ullndge48e62544f624fc9accaa3c827632219&r... . All the way to final checkout/payment, then nothing.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
