UNATHORIZED TRANSCATION DETECTED BY PAYPAL BUT NO REFUND GIVEN

I Have reported this transcation as non authorized since it s someone used my account and purcashed laptop at 266. once i discoverd it i reported it to paypal and next day paypal replied

while we i checked refund i couldn t find it and now i get a suprise in my resolution center NO REFUND !!!
