Hi I bought an elite series 2 xbox controller off Microsoft's xbox site friday 3rd of April and payment came out straight away.i got an email Monday saying it's been sent and another email from my PayPal account saying payment has been made again so basically been charged twice for the one controller. I was onto Microsoft and they said they only took the one payment.any help in the matter would be grateful

I hope you are doing well.
I highly recommend checking the Activity page of your PayPal account to confirm if you have been charged twice for the same amount and to the same seller. If you have seen that there are two charges identical for the same transaction, you can open a dispute to one of them by following these steps below:
- Go to the Resolution Center.
- Click Report a Problem.
- Select the reason for your dispute and click Continue.
