My attempt to make a purchase while in a quarantine hotel failed because my IP location in Thailand did not match my home IP location in Florida, USA.
How does one resolve this issue?
American bank accounts were notified of my overseas travel, but apparently PP does not offer a way to make the same notifications which would have resolved this issue.
