I recently tried to buy some shoes online, and when I checked out at the website with my paypal they approved my payment, then the page sendt me back to a membership creation page to finish my order. I did not really care to make and account on the website, to be able to buy my product so I declined the creation procces. Now the online store charge the payment and did not send me and order mail, and paypal did not register any payments on my account I have the payment in my bank though. I can not get a hold on paypal and they do not have this as a topic in there help center, so what am I supposed to do ?.
