Transaction failed

Hi

I m trying to buy 2 cameras. One cost 600eu and the other cost 1100eu.

When i try to pay for both i got the message "Paypal Transaction Failed". When i try to pay just the 1100eu one i got the same message, but then i try to pay only the 600eu and the payment went through.

Now i cant buy the 1100eu camera and i also cant fund my paypal account neither from bank account or a debit card.

Is there anything wrong?sorry for my bad english

Have you verified your paypal account to raise any sending / receiving / withdrawing limits on your account?

I am using paypal for more than 3 years, but i dont know anything about limits.

Just a casual buyer 

Is there anything that i can do?

I think its more to do with your country than Paypal, read this article.
