Hi. I've made two transactions using PayPal on January 13 2021 and both of them were canceled. 

So I was expecting refunds for both of them by now since it's been OVER a month (and I used my debit card).

However, somehow I still haven't got a refund yet and it looks like customer service is not working at all. I tried messaging a hundred times but it always gives me some automatic solutions that are not relevant to this topic.

When I check my emails about these transactions, it says "The temporary authorization was canceled and your payment method wasn't charged."

How do I get refunds for these instead of just waiting? It seems like I can't talk to a live person.
